Common questions about plans
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
What counts as one API request?
One GET /api/v1/check/:discordId call equals one request. Cached responses returned via ETag (HTTP 304) do not count against your daily limit.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
The API returns HTTP 429 daily_limit_reached with a resetAt timestamp. The web dashboard remains available within its own search budget.
Do you offer non-profit or community pricing?
Yes — established non-commercial communities can request a discounted Basic or Pro plan. Contact us via the imprint.
Is there a refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Custom Enterprise terms are negotiated individually.
